Owasco audit showed old regime was fiscally sound

Yes, the Owasco taxpayers do need to know all the facts.

The Citizen reporter did a reasonably good job reporting on the audit report presented by Mr. Ward at the September town board meeting.

It appears as though the Republican candidate for supervisor failed to listen well to what Mr. Ward had to say and failed to read through the report.
