Leadership Cayuga's mission statement says: “To empower diverse individuals with the knowledge, skills and inspiration to successfully achieve leadership roles while developing a collective resource, and problem solving network to address present and future community needs and challenges.”

It is one of the most exciting, innovative, and worthwhile programs that the Cayuga County Chamber of Commerce offers to our community.

We learn about: the history of Cayuga County, the government, schools, public speaking, teamwork, and I could go on.

Yes, we can learn this in school, but they take it much further, hands-on.

We learn how to be part of Leadership Cayuga's program.
