Leadership Cayuga helped boost my confidence

Would you like to enhance your leadership skills? Would you like to learn more about Cayuga County and its history? Then Leadership Cayuga is just for you. I participated in the Leadership Cayuga Class of 2007 and it changed my life. I learned so much about my community and the issues that are faced here from the budget challenges to the annoying crows. It became clear to me how important it is to know your community and the history that was made right here in Cayuga County. As I learned more about the program and participated in the activities my confidence continued to grow. I learned how to work with different personalities, and I was able to build on my strengths and identify my weaknesses.
