Nothing ever changes for American taxpayers

A defense contractor in Afghanistan took a 60-year-old truck, painted it and sold it to the government as brand new.
That's just the tip of the iceberg.

The neocons in Washington cover this stuff up and make excuses for it. The reason they cover it up is some of the money finds its way to the RNC in the form of campaign contributions, while the taxpayers get screwed.
