The Auburn USBC WBA will be holding its annual No-Tap Tournament on Sept. 30 at Rainbow Lanes.
The tournament is open to any woman sanctioned in the local association.

Breakfast to benefit AHS cross country
There will be a pancake breakfast to benefit the Auburn boys and girls cross country team from 8 to 11:30 a.m. on Sunday, Sept. 23, at the Knights of Columbus on 47 Market St. in Auburn.
The breakfast will include orange juice, coffee, toast, sausage, eggs, french toast and pancakes and will once again be served by Red and his “Band of Outlaws.”
Three-man scramble at Dutch Hollow
The Dutch Hollow annual Three-Man Scramble Golf Tournament will be played at 11 a.m. on Oct. 6, at Dutch Hollow Country Club.
The tournament will be a shotgun start.

Trap shoot hosted by Salmon Creek
Salmon Creek Sportsman's Club is hosting a Ironman” trap shoot at 9 a.m. on Sept. 29.
The entry fee is $30 for 125 targets and a pig roast.

YMCA hosting girls lacrosse league
The Auburn YMCA-WEIU is offering a seven-week girls lacrosse instructional league for girls ages 8 to 12 years starting Nov. 3.
The league will introduce participants to the game of lacrosse with emphasis on skill development, practice games and sportsmanship.
Space is limited so early registration is recommended.
The fee is $30 for Y members and $60 for the general public.

The league meets every Thursday night starting at 6:45 p.m.
Both a recreational and competitive league are offered. Each team must have two females on the court. The eight-week league includes one week of playoffs.Registrations are now being taken.
