BUFFALO - An 18-year-old has pleaded guilty to two counts of attempted first-degree murder for shooting two Buffalo police officers - paralyzing one of them - in December.
Varner Harris Jr. agreed to plead guilty as his trial was about to begin for the shootings of Officers Carl Andolina and Patricia Parete.
