Free long-term care seminar provided

A free long-term care insurance education seminar provided by the Cayuga County Office for the Aging and Onondaga County Department of Aging and Youth will be held at noon Wednesday, Sept. 19, at the Skaneateles Library, 49 E. Genesee St., Skaneateles, or at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 20, at the Skaneateles Community Center, 97 State St., Skaneateles.
