Parents' banner for soldier stolen

AUBURN - It was a symbol of patriotism. Four years ago, Judi and Alan Shellenberger, of Auburn, had a professional banner made for their son, Michael, a staff sergeant in the U.S. Army who was deployed to Iraq for seven months in 2003, welcoming him back from his tour and honoring the sacrifice he and the military have made for the country.
