Marc Rzepczynski struck out 10 and allowed two runs in six innings of work, but Adam Rogers blew the save, allowing the go-ahead run in the seventh inning as the Brooklyn Cyclones defeated the Doubledays 4-3 on Friday.
Auburn scored its only runs in the fifth inning, courtesy of a Baron Frost two-run double and a Ben Zeskind RBI single.
Zeskind, Frost, Adam Calderone and Steve Condotta managed the only hits for the Doubledays who have lost three of four.
Brooklyn pitchers struck out 11.
