" If you do buy gas at an Indian gas station make sure you look for the inspection sticker on the pump. I normally try to avoid them but a few years ago I was driving through the Salamanca area and needed to buy gas, so I stopped at the Indian gas station. The gas was cheaper.....but I somehow managed to get 17 gallons into a 15 gallon gas tank. "

" The Indian's gas station isn't regulated by government but they do allow them to come in and verify that it is pumping in accordance with the weights and measures. I remember last year or so they did allow that as well to assure people they were in compliance with state weights and measure. I do agree however that patronizing them until this is all settled is only cutting the throats of others and hurts the local tax base. "
