Zonta tournament to be played July 23
The Zonta Club of Auburn's 13th annual Sherri Peter Memorial women's golf tournament will be at Highland Golf Club on July 23.
Registration for the tournament is $65 and all proceeds are used to advance the status of women in Cayuga County.
The tournament will have a two-woman scramble format, flighted by handicap, with a shotgun start at 8:30 a.m.

Tournament to benefit AAU ball
The AAU Basketball Golf Tournament will be held at 12:30 p.m. Aug. 19 at the Lakeview Golf and Country Club.
The cost to register a team is $260. The tournament will help raise money for next year's AAU Basketball team. There will also be a party immediately following the tournament at Daut's Restaurant. Applications are currently available at Daut's.

Mike Poorman Contracting will hold its first golf tournament at 12:30 p.m. July 22 at the Lakeview Golf and Country Club. Participants should arrive by noon. The cost to register is $75 per person, and $300 per team.

The Auburn Hockey Club is holding a golf tournament that will take place at 12:30 p.m. Aug. 5 at the Lakeview Golf and Country Club.

The Cayuga County Arts Council is selling tickets to a PGA Tour Event to be held at the Turning Stone Resort from Sept. 17 to 23.
