The Auburn Hockey Club is holding a golf tournament that will take place at 12:30 p.m. August 5 at the Lakeview Golf and Country Club. The cost to register is $180 per team or $45 per person. The deadline to register is July 25.

Registration is still open for the Auburn Girls Lacrosse Camp for girls entering grades 1 through 8.
The camp will run from 9 to 10:30 a.m. at Seward Elementary School on Mondays through Thursdays during the period of July 25 to August 9.
Camp registration forms can be downloaded at laxified.com under the Auburn Girls team site. The deadline to register is July 15.

Auburn High School will host the annual Auburn Softball Camp in two different sessions.
The first will run from July 23 to July 26 and is for girls entering grades 6 through 9 this fall. The second will run from July 30 through August 2 and is for girls entering grades 2 through 5 this fall.
Each day goes from 9 a.m. until noon. The cost to register is $40, and there is a $5 discount for each additional sibling that signs up. Bob Lee, coach of Auburn High School's varsity softball team, will run the camp.

Registration for the next session of programs at the Auburn YMCA-WEIU will end today. Classes begin the week of July 16, and go until Aug. 31. The available programs include aquatics, youth sports, adult fitness classes, adult sports, personal exercise and youth sport camps.

The 30th annual Great Race will take place at 9:30 a.m. Aug. 12, at Emerson Park in Auburn.
The race is a team triathlon consisting of two-, three-, and four-person relay teams. Participants can run, bike, canoe or kayak. The event is open to all ages. Applications are now available at the Auburn YMCA.

Entry fees are as follows: $75 for an individual, $350 for a corporate team, $200 for a family team and $130 for mixed couples. The fees include green fees, a golf cart, food, beverages, dinner and awards. The deadline to register is July 12. Forms are available at the Knights of Columbus.
