It has been a long time since I heard a car horn blow when someone does wrong driving. Tell you what, every time you see someone running a stop sign, or red light, blow your horn, and let them know you saw it. Maybe then the mayor will do something about the noise form the horns, and enforce the traffic laws. I understand the police are understaffed, but maybe we need to hire traffic only officers. It’s a start, and the city can reap the money from the fines, which probably could eliminate property taxes altogether. "
