The Cayuga County Sheriff's Office arrested a 58-year-old Locke man on charges he had sexual contact with four young boys.
Sheriff deputies charged Emmett W. Baker of 526 Bird Cemetery Road with four counts of sexual abuse.
Baker allegedly had sexual contact with boys, ages 8 to 10, at his Locke residence, the sheriff's office said. He is a registered sexual offender in Florida and has lived in New York for 10 years.
Deputies arrested Baker at the Moravia Police Department Sunday afternoon.
Police ask anyone with information pertinent to the investigation to call Detective Steven Smith at 253-1610
