The man who disappeared into woods in Sterling when a relative contacted law enforcement out of concern he was threatening himself was found at 7:15 a.m. Thursday morning, the Cayuga County Sheriff's Office reported.
Kevin Barlow Sr., 39, was found in a camper an associate owns on Sterling Heights Road in Sterling by Cayuga County Sheriff's deputies and the New York Sate Police.
He was taken without incident and turned over to the Oswego Police Department, where Barlow is wanted on a a warrant for the felony of first-degree criminal contempt.
