To the people in the city of Auburn: I will be running in a primary. It will never be the case that I give up on something that has been a dream and a path directed! My words, my writings, my stature as a person would be a lie.

The Democratic Party picked who they think will be the best people for the job. I was picked the day I stood up for my rights and the rights of others that are much like myself, the old, the young.

As I have said before, I am the people's councilor and for all the people who pass me and yell, “you've got my vote, councilor,” you've got the right person.

People that became the greatest in the world from all races, cultures and even walks of life, were these that not too many liked. When something is worth the pain that you have endured, you fight for it, you don't give up, because in due season, it will come about.

So, people of Auburn, you need me and I need you more, to make this happen. Thanks to all who encourage me. It's about you as well as me. Less taxes, more attention to the needs and people who make up this community.

A good politician works for all of the people and is less considerate as to whom he looks to personally please.

I believe that if you work along with the community, you don't have to go through all of that stress to be voted in again and again!
