Moravia soccer camp begins Aug. 20
The Moravia Soccer Camp will take place from Aug. 20 to 28 at Fillmore Glen Park. The camp is open for ages 4 to 15.

Junior golf camp at Dutch Hollow
The Dutch Hollow Country Club's junior golf camp will be held from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. every Wednesday from June 27 to Aug. 8, except for July 4.
The camp is open to juniors between the ages of 8 and 16. Players will be grouped according to age and ability.

Bass Pro Kid's Day slated for July 7
The Bass Pro Shops Sportsman's Center will host Kid's Day on July 7 at the fish tank.
Curt Strutz will be in the store from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. presenting his children's show, “Fishing For Laughs.” There will be three scheduled shows at the fish tank during the day.
D-days offer chance to call play-by-play
The Auburn Doubledays are teaming up with the ALS Association to help the fight against amytrophic lateral sclerosis, also referred to as Lou Gehrig's disease.
Every Saturday throughout the season, auctions will be held for the chance to be in the WAUB radio booth for the fourth, fifth and sixth innings as the play-by-play of color announcer.
The winning bidder has the option and will be part of the broadcast on 1590 AM in Auburn as well as worldwide on milb.com.
The Doubledays will provide a CD of the game that day so that the winning bidder can have a recording to take home.
Bidding will take place on auburndoubledays.com as well as by phone in the Doubledays office at 255-2489. Auctions will close the Sunday prior to the game up for auction at 7 p.m.
Half of the winning bid from the auction will go directly to the ALS Association.
Sign up for football, cheer tomorrow
Sign ups for South Cayuga Youth Football and Cheerleading will take place from 6 to 8 p.m. June 18, at A.J. Smith Elementary School in Union Springs, as well as Emily Howland Elementary School in Southern Cayuga. Sign-ups are open to all children in both districts.

Seneca Cayuga golf tourney is July 9
Seneca Cayuga ARC's 10th annual Golf Tournament will start at 11 a.m. July 9, at the Highland Park Golf Club in Auburn.
The cost for a single golf package is $75, which includes a cart, 18 holes, lunch, dinner, photos, a gift bag, door prizes, a hole-in-one contest for a 2007 Ford Mustang, as well as other contests and other on-course refreshments. Proceeds from the tournament will benefit Camp Columbus.
