It was a busy weekend for Ray Richardson.

The Auburn High School senior triple jumper leaped a school record 47 feet, 5.75 inches in the New York State Division 1 Championships - good enough for second place.

In the finals, Richardson took eighth place with a distance of 42-5.75.
