Open letter to all New York state residents regarding the proposed Power Line Project by New York Regional Interconnect:

The JFK terror plot uncovered this past week is another grim reminder that terrorists are living on American soil. And, even more sobering for residents of New York state, we remain in the terrorists' bullseye.
