Two weeks ago, Sheriff James Moochler told the county's Ways and Means Committee that the loss of three of his seven part-time dispatchers put him in the untenable position of juggling staff members and paying overtime to cover the E-911 Center. “People on the part-time list are dropping by the wayside. I don't have enough people to fill shifts,” he said.
