Recipe for good garden harvest

Your garden can produce a great harvest, if you just follow the recipe.
First plant three rows of P's:

1. Prayers

2. Please

3. Politeness

Next, plant three more rows of squash:

1. Squash the gossip

2. Squash being selfish

3. Squash not being there when someone needs you!

Then plant three more rows of lettuce:

1. Let us always love one another and tell them daily.

2. Let us be honest with each other and show our feelings too. (Honesty is the best policy.)

3. Let us be good listeners.

And, no garden is complete without “turnips.”

1. Turn up daily with a SMILE.

2. Turn up with praises.

3. Turn up with helping others.

Here are some words of inspiration sent to me by a reader, Syl Oliver.

Why not me?

Why do the “woe is me” when daily I should do, “Yes, me, Lord!”

Yes, I can do all things through who but the lord?

I'll continue to do all things to help bring smiles to others.

I'll also help others to believe everything will be OK -- one day at a time!

Pass on smiles daily, also laughter daily, too -- best medicine, you know!

Perhaps a smile will come back to you, also.

Remember, with God nothing is impossible and I can do all things through the Lord!

Keep sending me input, readers.
