Nucor scored six runs in the top of the sixth inning and held off a rally by Fucillo to hang on to an 11-8 victory in an Auburn Little League game on Tuesday.

Jeff Gardner had a double and a triple, Mike Baim tripled, and Cody Ladisair added a double to lead Nucor. Christian Bozek was 2-for-3, and John Rizzo shined on defense. Ladisair and Gardner pitched for Nucor.

For Fucillo, Allan Martinez and Kyle McNabb each tripled, as McNabb went 4-for-4. Ryan Ringwood added four hits, and Trent Valentino and Patrick Rizzo played well in the field.

AUBURN PONY LEAGUE

Bellerdine Investigations 10,

The Citizen 9

Ryan Daley homered, doubled and singled to lift Bellerdine, which won with three runs in the bottom of the sixth inning. Michael Biata (double, two singles), Kenny Sargent (triple, single) and Connor Finizio (home run) contributed to the Bellerdine offense. Daley, Sargent and Biata shared mound duties.

Joel Brown and Tyler Schmid had hits for The Citizen, and Schmid, Brown and Joey Dyson were the pitchers.

Auburn Firefighters 10,

Michaels & Smolak 2

Max Pinchak (eight strikeouts), Anthony Torres (three strikeouts) and Benny Pinchak (three strikeouts) combined to toss a three-hitter for Firefighters. Nick Petrosino led the offense with two triples and two RBIs, and Jay Mizro and Austin Duger had two hits and two RBIs apiece. Benny Pinchak had two hits and an RBI, and Malcolm Kellogg, Anthony Miccuci and Mike Kick each added a hit. Marcus Giltner played great defense.

For Michaels, Connor Siracusa and Brett Bielowicz each tripled, and Rich McConnell hit a single.

The Printery 8, Casler Masonry 3

T.J. Baranick led The Printery with a home run and a single and joined Jordan Tabone and Jordan Jackson to strike out 14 batters. C.J. Panek added a single.

Alex Herring, Jonathan Bell, Brandon Dec and Trent Jackson pitched for Casler.

Tru-Cut Technology Orioles 15,

Finger Lakes Dermatology Red Sox 10

The Orioles' Hunter Duger, Gregory Baumes and Daniel Baumes each had three hits and three RBIs, and Paige Lincoln and Kaleb Fasce added an RBI apiece. Dylan Carnicelli had three hits in addition to an unassisted double play. Reagan Graney had three key defensive plays at third base to halt the Red Sox offense.

The Red Sox were led by Ben O'Hearn, Kaiden Tubbert and Justin Szubat with three hits apiece. Isaac Colella added two hits.

KIDS SANDLOT LEAGUE

Byrne Dairy 7, Mark's Pizzeria 6

Tony Meyes hit an inside-the-park home run, and Brandon Jenner had a double and two singles to lead Byrne.

Lauren Brandt singled for Mark's, and Stephan Richards and Brian Fipps played well on defense.

Auburn Police 22, Children's Health 20

Kali Noute had three RBIs, Steve Gillooly had a pair of doubles, and Max Morabito played well on defense for Police.

For Children's Health, Josh Fedyshyn had four hits, Deanna Perez had three hits, and Justin O'Hara played well on defense.
