MORAVIA - The way Dr. David Walrath looked at it,
no matter what the Cayuga County Legislature did with a
resolution Tuesday regarding the Emerson Park Master Plan,
it couldn't go wrong. “Voting yes, or voting no, the result will
be the same,” said Walrath, R-Sennett, describing the measure to address each proposal in the plan individually instead of accepting or rejecting the entire plan itself. The resolution passed, 9 to 5. Those who voted no were Michael Lepak,
D-Auburn, Herbert Marshall, R-Throop, William Catto,
D-Auburn, Sam DeRosa, R-Auburn, and Steven Netti, R-Auburn. Earl Lamphere, R-Weedsport, was absent.
