The Jordan-Elbridge boys lacrosse team outscored Westhill 3-2 in the second half, but it wasn't enough to prevent losing their second straight game, 7-5 on Friday.
R.J. Metz led the Eagles in scoring with two goals, while Abe Patrick, Kyle Merrill and Steve Major each added a goal.
The Warriors led 4-1 after the first quarter and 5-2 at the half, but the Eagles were determined to get back into the game.
“We got down early in the first half,” Jordan-Elbridge coach Rick Young said. “We spent the rest of the day fighting our way back.”
Ken Bush led the defense with 12 saves. The Eagles (4-2) host Skaneateles on Tuesday.
