Hibernians to serve fish on Fridays
The Ancient Order of Hibernians will be serving a fish dinner from 4:30 to 7 p.m. Friday March 30, at 73 Van Anden St., Auburn. Dinner includes fish, fries, coleslaw, a choice of mac salad or macaroni and cheese and dessert. Dinners are $7.50.

Trinity United group hosts ziti dinner
Trinity United Methodist Church's education team is sponsoring a ziti dinner from 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday, March 31, at the church, 148 E. Genesee St., Auburn.
The dinner will feature ziti, salad, bread and butter, desserts and beverages. Cost is $6 for adults and $4.50 for seniors and children; children younger than 5 are free. Carry-outs will be available.
Proceeds from the dinner will benefit the annual Vacation Bible School Program and summer camperships that send children to Casowasco or Aldersgate camps. For more information, call the church at 252-2135.
Chicken, bluegrass served in Martville
The Northeast Christian Conference Center will host a chicken dinner followed by live bluegrass music from 5 to 11 p.m. Saturday, March 31 at the center, 1989 Jones Road, Martville. John Rossbach and Chestnut Grove and Plexiglass will provide the music, which starts at 7 p.m.
Dinner and music is $25 a person, while admission to the concert is $15. Children 10 and younger will be admitted for half price.

The Fleming Federated Church Youth Group will host a lasagna dinner and talent auction at 6 p.m. Saturday, March 31, at the St. Isaac Jogues Church, Route 34, Fleming. The auction will feature baked goods, services and crafts. Proceeds from the event will go to the group's trip to the Dominican Republic in July.
Cost is $6 for adults, $3 for children 5-12 and free for children younger than 5.

SS. Peter & Paul School invites the community to its first meat and grocery gift card raffle, which will be held at 6:30 p.m. Saturday, March 31, at the Polish Falcon's Nest, 75 Pulaski St., Auburn.
Pizza and refreshments will be served, and all proceeds benefit the school.
Film crew looking for chicken wings
A documentary film crew is coming to Cayuga County in search of the world's best Buffalo wing. Before they arrive, they would like tips on what area bars and restaurants make the best chicken wings. Send tips to organizers@chickenwinghunt.com.
The film crew is also looking for members of the public to join the caravan of chicken wing connoisseurs for part or all of their journey. To join, e-mail signup@chickenwinghunt.com.
The world's first wing-eating tour begins in Manhattan Saturday, Aug. 18, and ends in Buffalo Sunday, Sept. 2. The crew plans to arrive in the Finger Lakes area approximately one week into the journey. An exact date will be set as August draws near.
