A. Do absolutely nothing.
Q. What do you like most about living and working in the Finger Lakes region?
A. School is cheap.
Q. If you were given $1 million to open your own restaurant or bar, describe the bar or restaurant and what type of food you would serve.

Q. Where would it be located? Why?
A. California or Myrtle Beach.
Q. On the day of your restaurant/bar's grand opening, if you could select anyone in the world to be your first three guests, who would they be?
A. My family - my mom, my aunt Laurie and my brother.

A. One time I spilled salsa on the floor and slipped on it and fell.
Q. What is your favorite junk food?
A. Cheez-Its.
Q. What have you learned are the top three ways to run a successful food business?
A. Know how to manage your money, have loyal employees, and be able to balance between work and friendships.

A. An elementary school teacher.
Q. Ugh. What's the one food which you absolutely can't stomach? Why?
