Each Wednesday, The Citizen features someone in the food services industry from the Finger Lakes community in The Banks:
This week, we spotlight Tiffany Waller of Little Caesars.

Q. What is the one food you cannot live without? Why?

A. Homemade macaroni and cheese, because it's really good, and our $5 pizzas.

Q. Fill in the blank. People would be surprised to know that even though I work in the food industry, when I am at home in the kitchen, I __________.

A. Don't cook.

Q. What do you like most about living and working in the Finger Lakes region?

A. The people are really nice, both the people I work with and the customers.

Q. If you were given $1 million to open your own restaurant or bar, describe the bar or restaurant and what type of food you would serve.

A. It'd be a family sit-down restaurant with cheap prices and good food, very kid-oriented too.

Q. Where would it be located? Why?

A. In Auburn, because this is my home. But if I could put it anywhere in the world, maybe Hawaii.

Q. On the day of your restaurant/bar's grand opening, if you could select anyone in the world to be your first three guests, who would they be?

A. Johnny Depp, Bruce Willis and (WWE wrestler) John Cena.

Q. Describe your most embarrassing moment while working on the job.

A. Falling down. It happens often to me, not just here, but all the time.

Q. What is your favorite junk food?

A. Cheese bread. We have really awesome cheese bread here.

Q. What have you learned are the top three ways to run a successful food business?

A. Honesty, being nice and being considerate to everyone.

Q. If you weren't working in the food business what would you like to be doing?

A. A movie star in Hollywood.

Q. Ugh. What's the one food which you absolutely can't stomach? Why?

A. Anchovies, because they smell.
