Chef shows how to work in chocolate

A demonstration on how to work with chocolate with chef Chris Uyehara will be given at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 8, at Creekside Books & Coffee, 35 Fennell St., Skaneateles.

Uyehara will demonstrate how to make a flourless chocolate torte and teach how to decorate a plate with edible chocolate garnishes and sauce. Attendees may enjoy or take their decorated chocolate creations.
