" WE do but we dont have Gem at AMH.i sat there one night, i loooked around i saw girl about my age, she sat there with her specimens in her pocket cause the nurses told her to hang on to it that very unsanitary also the she had problem with kidneys and was having trouble. it was 4hours or so for me but he she sitting there before me she wa there at like 4ish and she sat there and didnt get taken in after me which was 9 or 10 by now. I say if you wanna save AMH heres what you do you have nice nurses and doctors,like the lady said she gave a blanket and it was warn. dont get me wrong AMH is and ok hospital but it short staff and needs to priorotize and try and cut the four hour weight down instead of sit in the waiting room and hour get a room nurses poke and prod you an then hour later dr. comes in say ya gonna run test then after in abotu 1 hr or so ur done get to go home. If you wann save this hospital,dont under staff shift, and maybe the administartion should come in and help and maybe get the real feel of what goes down at AMH!!! it will help you save AMH maybe. if i have to ill drive to university hospital in syracuse if they close or dont make inprovements Thank You KIM "
