" I would like to know what people will do after they are let off a juvinile charge that is supposed to be dropped off or sometimes sealed. Either way Ten years later the jobs that are so computerized will not hire these people because they are not perfect. For example A person that was charged for anything even if it is a mistake on file. If the person was ever arrested the job goes by if arrested and not the outcome of the charges. What good are lawyers then and how is this helping our economy? I was not a perfect teenager and I have gone to colleges and recieved degrees. The same story at the interview were you arrested? If I say yes, "no job". If I say no, "no job either". The employers don't care why who what and where or mistake! Welfare here I come! "
