These three made a difference

Three people have consistently been brought to my attention as having had a tremendous impact on our community in the past year. Now is a good time to acknowledge some of their achievements.

€ Jerry Morgan has become a household name in Auburn. His many letters-to-the-editor have provided a platform for his straightforward viewpoint. He stands for honesty in government, like the budget process and tax hikes. He tries to expose corrupt leaders. He's strongly on the pro-life side of the abortion issue and draws our attention to return to strong family values and sound morality.

He is the taxpayers' hero. He prays that someday our community will elect officials who actually care about the people, rather than what they can get for themselves. He is an idealist with a vision of how things could be in this town and has proven he is willing to fight to get us there.
