Auburn man charged with criminal mischief, unlawful imprisonment

An Auburn man was charged by the Seneca County Sheriff's Office with holding a Seneca Falls woman in her residence with a razor knife Dec. 17.
Robert D. Schwartz, 29, of 212 Perrine Ave., was charged with a felony of third-degree criminal mischief, two misdemeanor counts of second-degree unlawful imprisonment and the misdemeanor of second-degree menacing.

Schwartz is also accused of damaging property during the domestic incident.

His bail was set at $2,500 or $5,000 when he was arraigned in Waterloo Town Court.
