Cedar House closes in on Killer Bees

SKANEATELES - Cedar House edged Friendly Trash Service 7-6 and moved within 1.5 points of first place in the Coca-Cola/Pearl Lakes Golf Course Classic Bowling League.
Cedar House was led by Michelle Feldman's 662 while Friendly Trash Service was paced by Mike Feldman's 670.

First-place Lakeview Killer Bees lost 10-3 to The Bye. Lakeview was led by Kevin Gabak (621), Bill Kuszaj (612) and Tom Knapp (602).

CJ's Pub (third place) moved within 2.5 points of Lakeview after beating Pearl Lakes Golf Course (sixth) 12-1. CJ's Pub was led by Michelle Crowley (663), Adam Kehoe (652) and John Ashby (627).

Byllye Lanes (fourth) downed Morris 'World Famous' Grill (ninth) 9.5-3.5. Byllye was led by the weekly high series of 704, rolled by Todd Wilcox.

Hilltop Restaurant (seventh) got by Bibben's Communications (eight) 7-6. Hilltop was led by Steve Rusin Jr. (623) and Dave Harvey (615).

Wayne Bibbens rolled a 681 for Bibben's.

Rt. 31 Auto/RPM U-Haul / Friendly Trash Service Classic Singles

Tom Knapp (second place) moved within a point of first after shutting out Sharon Shoemaker (24th) 3-0.

Bill Kuszaj (third) beat Jeff Chalupnicki (16th) 2-1.

Colby Alexander moved into fourth after shutting out Barry Gatts (22nd) 3-0.

John Ashby, Todd Wilcox, Kevin Gabak and Joe Sefca are tied for sixth place. Ashby got by Joe Sefca 2-1, Wilcox beat Michelle Crowley (21st) 2-1 and Gabak edged Steve Rusin Jr. (18th) 2-1.

In other matches, Carl Harvey (10th) got by Gary Feldman Jr. (12th) 2-1, Adam Kehoe (11th) shut out Bob Clarke Jr. (fifth) 3-0, Wayne Bibbens (13th) edged Michelle Feldman (first) 2-1, Mike Feldman (17th) beat Bill Stanley (23rd) 2-1, Mat Grudzien (19th) got by Bob Kreydatus (15th) 2-1 and Angelo Tozzi (14th) tied Greg Hypes (20th) 1.5-1.5.
