Today's girls love being with friends, love being kids. They want to make the world a better place and expect they can do anything!
Girl Scouts is in full swing this fall, fostering in girls the courage to defy the ordinary, have confidence to lead a girl's life, and the character to make sound decisions and help others.

In Girl Scouts, we respect girls and understand their needs and concerns.

We are creating leaders through activities that allow girls to discover their values and their world, giving them the opportunity to connect with others in a safe environment and take action to make the world a better place.

Activities may be as simple as enduring inclement weather on a camp-out, or as exciting as earning the Ms. President's Patch with the Women in Politics at Cornell. (Girls in grades third through seventh can join the Girl Scouts for this special patch day Sunday, Dec. 3, on Cornell's campus.
