CCC president to become vice chancellor of community colleges
A Tuesday vote in Albany ushered in Cayuga Community College President Dennis Golladay, who will leave the Auburn institute.
The State University of New York offered Golladay a chance to be vice chancellor for community colleges, beginning Dec. 1.
"Well, it's a major loss. The reason he left us is because he's an outstanding individual and it will be very hard to find a replacement of that caliber," Cayuga County Legislature Chairman George Fearon said.
