Touch football rosters now available

J&B's Touch Football rosters are now available for the upcoming season.
This is a seven on seven league played on Sunday mornings.

The entry fee is $150 per team and is due by Aug. 13.

Southern Springs still has youth openings

The Southern Springs Youth Football League and cheerleading squad are still accepting registration.

Practice begins Aug. 21, for children in the Union Springs and Southern Cayuga School Districts in grades third through seventh.

Auburn softball car wash slated for Aug. 12

There will be a car wash from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 12, at the Auburn Arby's on Grant Avenue to benefit the Auburn softball program.

The donation is $5 per car.

Labor Day race comes to Skaneateles

The Skaneateles Labor Day Race Weekend will be Sept 2-4, and is limited to 120 people.

Registration can be completed at http://www.Skanraces.com.

The skinnyman triathlon will be Saturday, escape from the judge Sunday, and a 5-mile road race Monday.

Moravia holding a youth soccer league

The Moravia Youth Soccer League will be sponsoring a soccer camp from Aug. 21-25 at the Fillmore Glen State Park.

The camp is for ages 4-15.

Bowling registration begins Aug. 15

There will be Junior Bowling League registration from 6:30 to 8 p.m Aug. 15-30, at Rainbow Lanes in Weedsport.

The league starts Sept. 9 and the registration fee is $10.

Basketball camp begins Aug. 21

Auburn varsity basketball coach Al Giannone is instructing a basketball camp, from 8:30 a.m. to noon, Aug. 21-25, at the YMCA.

The camp is open to boys and girls ages 7 to 15.

The fee is $35 for YMCA members and $70 for the general public.
