SYRACUSE - Three members of a gang that has operated on the city's tough south side for at least a decade have pleaded guilty to racketeering charges.
U.S. Attorney Glenn T. Suddaby said 29-year-old Nathan Speights, Tyler Willis, and his twin brother Skyler, both 21, admitted being members of the Elk Block Gang, which engaged in racketeering, and acts of drug trafficking.
