Little League seeks board members
Auburn Little League is looking for board members for the 2007 season.
Anyone interested should submit a letter to P.O. box 492 by Sept. 7.
D-days, Rotary Club teaming up
The Auburn Rotary Club will be having a raffle to support the Auburn Rotary Community Foundation at 6 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 20, at the Auburn Doubledays game at Falcon Park.
Items being raffled off include autographed baseballs from all the minor league affiliates of the Toronto Blue Jays including one signed by All-Star outfielder Vernon Wells.
There will also be tickets to the Baseball Hall of Fame and Binghamton Mets game tickets.
Raffle tickets are two for $1, 12 for $5 and 25 for $10 and will be available at the gate on the night of the event and will be raffled off in the first few innings.
Auburn softball holding yard sale
There will be a yard sale to benefit Auburn Softball at 8 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 19, at 58 Lake Ave.
Approximately 15 families will be donating items for the sale.

New programs starting at YMCA
Registration for the fall session of programs at the Auburn YMCA-WEIU will start Monday, Aug. 21, for members and Tuesday, Sept. 5, for the general public.
Classes run from the week of Sept. 11 through Oct. 28.
Programs being offered include: swimming, racquetball, karate, kickboxing, lacrosse, soccer, circuit training, step aerobics, yoga, fitness, tai-chi, pilates, cycling classes, stretch and tone, body blast, body pump, knockout workout, absolution, senior strength, forever fit, volleyball, dodgeball, personal training and preschool.
The YMCA is also offering several birthday party packages including pool parties and gym parties with a refreshment room provided.

Auburn varsity basketball coach Al Giannone is instructing a basketball camp, from 8:30 a.m. to noon, Aug. 21-25, at the YMCA.
The camp is open to boys and girls ages 7 to 15.
The fee is $35 for YMCA members and $70 for the general public.

The Moravia Youth Soccer League will be sponsoring a soccer camp from Aug. 21-25 at Fillmore Glen State Park.
