AUBURN - Ed Charles and Nate Kayn combined to pitch a shutout as Auburn Police Department defeated ACF 5-0 in an Auburn Babe Ruth League baseball game Thursday.
Gavin Gleason, Ed Charles, Jesse Sorenson, Jack Weinerth, Luke Zelehowsky and Cody Cottrell all had hits to lead APD.
For ACF, Robbie Waters pitched a complete game while Nick Herlihy led the offense with two hits. Kevin Anderson and Brian Shaw added the other hits for ACF.
