S. Falls to dedicate bust for mayor

A tribute for the first female mayor will fit in perfectly in the birthplace of the women's movement.

Seneca Falls will dedicate the bust of its first woman mayor at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Ludocivo Sculpture Trail. Diana Smith holds the lone reins as the only woman to reach that top status in the town. Smith's likeness will stand near the entrance to the park. Organizers will serve refreshments after the unveiling.
