We live in a fairly safe community and have a lot of wonderful people who protect us.

Does it matter if they have long hair, short hair, tattoos or no tattoos?

Apparently it matters to our sheriff. The boys in black are now required to cover all visible tattoos.

Does this mean they have to wear long sleeve shirts on 90 degree days?

What about the ones who have a tattoo on their neck?

Maybe they can now wear bandannas to work. Won't that look good in a courtroom!

Most of the deputies bust their butt and it doesn't matter if they have a tattoo or not.

The emphasis should be on their dedication to their job and not on their body markings.
