Ride for the Red revs up in Auburn

The third annual Ride for the Red, hosted by the Cayuga County Chapter of the American Red Cross, will take registrations starting at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, at NYSEG, Route 5 and 20, in Auburn. The ride itself starts at noon and will take riders on a southern loop through Cayuga County.

The ride will conclude at the Polish Falcons, on Washington Street, with a chicken barbecue, musical entertainment and legal beverages. The Fest at the Nest is open to the public.
