Brendan Lewis and Matt Chadderon had five goals each to lead Johnston Paper/Curves to a 26-11 victory Lasca's in the High School Box Lacrosse Championship game at Casey Park on Thursday.

Bob Brannigan, Matt Hoey and BJ Simmons each had four goals,helping Johnston Paper/Curves runaway with the title.

Mike Fandrich had two goals and Derek Anderson chipped in a goal in the win.

Kevin Dyer had 14 saves and had a goal himself for Johston Paper/Curves.

Eric Gianonne and John Lennox had four goals each. Joel Eisenschmidt had two goals, Bill Weiman also had a goal.

Mark Green had 14 saves for Lasca's.

In the College Box Lacrosse Championship Game, Greg Downing had seven goals to lead Daut's to a thrilling 17-16 win over over Snapper's.

Seamus Rhodes had four goals, Tim Hanley and Brian Dautrich had two goals and Travis Tarr and JT Pitcher each had a goal.

Dave Walsh had nine saves for Daut's.

For Snapper's, Mike Collins had four goals, Bill Ashby and Mike Villano each had three goals, John Mizro had two goals, Mike McKay, Kevin Nolan and Joe Corbett each had a goal.

Nick Sigona had eight saves for Snapper's in a losing effort.
