Lohan's tardiness draws suspicion of late nights
A studio executive was “way out of line” for scolding Lindsay Lohan for her absences from the set of her new movie, the Long Island actress' mother told “Access Hollywood” in an interview set to air Monday.

Last week, James G. Robinson, CEO of Morgan Creek Productions, chided Lohan, who was raised in Merrick, in a letter for her behavior on a movie set and doubted her absence was related to heat exhaustion.

“You and your representatives have told us that your various late arrivals and absences from the set have been the result of illness; today we were told it was ‘heat exhaustion,”' Robinson wrote. “We are well aware that your ongoing all night heavy partying is the real reason for your so-called ‘exhaustion.”'

Dedication is new form of sincere flattery

Dionne Warwick received a rare treat - hearing her hit songs performed in a musical devoted to her career.

Warwick, 65, was in the audience as the Black Ensemble Theater performed “Don't Make Me Over (In Tribute to Dionne Warwick).”

The show features four actresses singing Warwick hits including “Walk On By,” “Do You Know the Way to San Jose,” “I Say a Little Prayer,” and “I Know I'll Never Love This Way Again.”

Warwick received a standing ovation Friday night when she entered the theater, clapped and smiled through much of the show, and even laughed at a joke about her role as host of the “Psychic Friends Network” in the 1990s.

Ferrell, Paulin expecting little bundle of joy

Will Ferrell and his wife, Viveca Paulin, are expecting. “My wife is pregnant again,” Ferrell told Jay Leno on The Tonight Show on Thursday. Asked by Leno if he is indeed the baby's father, Ferrell joked: “I'm not the father. Chuck Norris is the dad.”

Ferrell, 39, and Paulin, 37, wed in 2000. They have a 2-year-old son, Magnus.

When Paulin, an art auctioneer, was pregnant with their first child, Ferrell said he kept her entertained by leaving comedic voicemails at their Hollywood Hills home. “I left her this message: ‘You think you're so hot walking around all pregnant and saying Look at me!'” Ferrell said. “And she loved it, because she so doesn't feel that way.”

Bass' beau proud that he came out of closet

Lance Bass' boyfriend, reality star Reichen Lehmkuhl, says he supports the former ‘N Sync star's decision to reveal that he is gay. “I will say that Lance is happier than he has ever been,” Lehmkuhl, winner of season four of CBS' Amazing Race, tells said Friday.
