SYRACUSE - Leah Netti had three hits and two doubles as the Auburn Xtreme 14-and-under softball team defeated Oneida 9-7 in Game 1 of a doubleheader in the Syracuse Fastpitch League.
Auburn's Erin Gordon (triple, double), Sarah Reese, Rachel Giannone (triple), Jessica VanGiesen and Haley Jordan had two hits each.
Brittany Lawler chipped in with one hit.
Brianne Moshaty and Gordon combined to pitch for Auburn, and catcher Brittany Cunningham led the defense.
