Well, if the Onondaga tribe is a nation, how come their mail is delivered by the United States Postal Service, their roads are maintained by New York state and Onondaga County, their children are educated - tax free - by the LaFayette Central School, and their children with incompetent parents are supported in foster homes by Onondaga County?

Regarding those impromptu roadside (in Town of Springport) memorials for people killed in accidents - how long do they have to be left up? Respectfully asking - don't these deceased people have graves where crosses, balloons, flowers, stuffed animals, etc. can be left?
