Volleyball camp only a week away
There will be a girls volleyball camp from 8:30 a.m.to noon July 17-21. Auburn High School varsity volleyball coach Jennifer Hall will run the camp.
A pizza party will be held on the last day for all participants. The program is open to girls ages 12 and older.
The fee is $35 for YMCA members and $70 for the general public.

Football camp at end of the month
Auburn varsity football coach Dave Moskov is leading a football camp, running from 8:30 a.m. to noon from July 31 to Aug. 4.
The camp is open to boys and girls ages 8-15. Flag football games and pass and kick competitions provide plenty of action, and the camp concludes with a pizza party.
The fee is $35 for YMCA members and $70 for the general public.

Auburn softball holding car wash
There will be a car wash from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, July 22, at the Auburn Arby's on Grant Avenue to benefit the Auburn Softball Program.
The donation is $5 per car.

Champions for Life offering soccer camp
Champions for Life Sports Center is offering an Outdoor Soccer Camp at Everest Park in Owasco. The coach will be Tully JV boys coach Enrique Wisser.
The camp for boys and girls will run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. every day and campers will meet and be picked up at Champions for Life Sports Center at 453 Grant Avenue Road in Auburn.
In the event of rain, they will stay at the center. The sessions are $150 per person and the dates are as follows: 12 and under, July 10-14; 14 and under, July 17-21 and for ages 17 and under, July 24-28.

YMCA, Doubledays holding youth camp
The Auburn YMCA-WEIU and the Auburn Doubledays will be holding a baseball camp for children ages 8-15 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Falcon Park on Aug. 7, 8 and 9.
Instruction will be provided by the Doubledays professional coaches and players. Camp fees are $70 for Y-members and $80 for the general public.
The cost includes three days of instruction, three lunches, a Doubledays hat and T-shirt, and three general admission tickets to Doubledays home games.

Geneva triathlon this weekend
The Musselman Triathlon will be offering a prize purse of $4,200. First-place winners in the men's and women's races will be awarded $1,000.
The half-ironman distance swim-bike-run event will take place July 16, in Geneva.
