Stop treating the problem, eliminate the source

Where is the logic?
The lawmakers making the rules find it necessary to tell smokers when, where and if they can smoke. How come they don't just stop the tobacco companies from making cigarettes in the first place?

First, second and any other number smoke - gone!

" Doris, come on now. The tobacco industry contributes thousands upon thousands of dollars to the campaign funds of politicians. Both Democrats and Republicans. Don't bite the hand that feeds you. Just as the thugs of any Union will tell you, money talks. I believe the tobacco industry is still behind the Unions, however they are running very close. "
