" I think it would be of interest to know exactely what happens when some one such as Russ Adams gets optioned to a lower league. He is probably earning a lot of money as an up and coming young ball player with a very bright future in the majors. Because he is with Toronto there may be a lessening of the net amount he receives because of the Canadian Dollar situation versus American money but then all of a sudden he gets sent down to Syracuse.
