No longer dead in the water

Roberta Poklemba was reading a romance novel in the dusk of a warm evening over the Memorial Day weekend. “You get away from the hustle and bustle,” Poklemba said. “On the canal you can only go 10 mph. A lot of places you just go 5 mph.”
